The board of directors is elected by the unit owners to manage the affairs of the association on behalf of the whole community.

What the board does
Responsible for the whole building.
Under Florida’s Condominium Act and the association’s governing documents, the board:
- Adopts the annual budgetand sets assessments that fund operations, insurance and reserves.
- Maintains the common elementsincluding the pool deck, fitness center, clubroom, elevators and building systems.
- Enforces the Declaration & rulesand reviews lease, alteration and other approval requests.
- Holds open meetingswith notice posted in advance — owners are welcome to attend and speak on agenda items.
- Keeps official recordsavailable to signed-in owners in the owner portal.
