This website is operated by Centralis Residences Miami Condominium Association, Inc. (“the Association”, “we”). This policy explains what information we collect through centralisresidencesmiami.com and the owner portal and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and unit, the topic you choose and your message.
- Owner portal registration: your name, email address, optional phone number, unit number, account type and a password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash.
- Security data: when you sign in we record a session identifier, your IP address and a fingerprint of your browser’s user-agent to protect your account. We also count failed sign-in attempts to prevent abuse.
How we use information
- To respond to messages and requests.
- To verify that portal registrations belong to owners or residents of the condominium, approve accounts and send account emails (registration received, approval, password reset).
- To send association notices to approved members, such as meeting notices and building announcements.
- To keep the website and the portal secure.
Payments
The “Pay HOA” button links to the association’s payment provider. Payment details are entered on that provider’s site and are never stored by this website.
Cookies
We use a single essential, HttpOnly session cookie when you sign in. It is required for the portal to work and is not used for advertising. Your browser may also store a copy of public page content so pages load faster. Embedded Google Maps may set their own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the Association’s board and management, our hosting and email providers acting on our behalf, or when required by law.
Retention & your choices
Account information is kept while your account is active and as required by Florida law for official records. You may ask us to update or delete your account or messages by emailing info@centralisresidencesmiami.com.
