Centralis Residences Miami Condominium Association, Inc. is the Florida not-for-profit corporation that operates the condominium at 1110 NW 1st Street, Miami, FL 33128. It maintains the common elements, adopts the budget, enforces the Declaration and rules, and keeps owners informed.

Use the Pay HOA button at the top of any page. If you have questions about your balance or payment options, send a message through the contact form and choose “Payments & assessments”.

Choose Owner login at the top of any page, then Register. Enter your name, email, unit number and a password. You will receive a confirmation email right away and a second email as soon as the administrator approves your account.

Board and member meetings are posted on the Events page and noticed as required by Florida law. Agendas and approved minutes are posted in the owner portal for signed-in owners.

Owners may lease an entire residence with prior written approval from the association. Leases must be at least one month long, a residence may not be leased more than twelve times in a calendar year, and the owner must be current on assessments.

Yes. Under the Declaration of Condominium each residence may keep up to two domesticated pets weighing no more than 35 pounds each. Certain breeds are restricted, dogs must be leashed in common areas and the association may require pet registration.

The condominium has 101 units: 100 residential units across eight floors and one commercial unit.
